Chocolate dipped ginger biscuits 🍫

Today I made chocolate dipped ginger biscuits! I found a recipe for ginger biscuits, made them, let them cool completely and then dipped them in melted chocolate. They were delicious. My brother, Freddie, doesn’t like them with the chocolate so I made a few that were plain.
