Simple Vanilla Biscuits👩‍🍳

Today I made some easy vanilla biscuits. My younger brother is obsessed with ninjas at the moment, so he got some ninja cookie cutters and we made some biscuits to decorate. The biscuits were quite fragile, so some of the heads fell off the people! 😂

We didn’t have any green writing icing, so we decided to make some. Writing icing is very easy to make. You just need water, icing sugar and possibly food colouring. I used half a cup of icing sugar, one and a half tablespoons of water and tiny bit of food colouring. It is quite easy to put too much food colouring in, but usually you hardly need any.
