Smoked mackerel quiche

Today, I made a smoked mackerel quiche! I mad shortcrust pastry (see chicken pie for recipe), and filled it with egg, cream, cheddar cheese, spinach and smoked mackerel! This is a picture of me putting the filling in the pastry.

There are lots of things that you can put in a quiche like onion, tomato and lots of other things!
