Salmon in pastry
Today I made salmon in pastry. It had a puff pastry layer of spinach, salmon, pest and lemon zest! The lemon added a really nice flavour, and the pesto did too!

I really enjoyed making the puffs. They were quite simple, but SUPER delicious!
Oh wow, these look amazing!! Like a really posh sausage roll….minus the sausage…and with salmon. Ok, not really like a sausage roll at all, but you know what I mean!! Delicious! What did you serve them with? Well done Rosa! x
