Salmon korokke with amai sauce


Today I made salmon korroke with amai sauce. I used a recipe book that has recipes from Wagamama (a restaurant that makes Japanese food). It also has lots of the sauces that they make. My favourite sauce that they make is amai sauce. I served it with sushi rice. I made the rice into rice mountains.Β  Everything was so delicious.
