Salmon and sweetcorn puff pastry tart!

Today I made a puff pastry tart filled with salmon and sweetcorn! It was so nice. Puff pastry tarts are really easy, you put ready roll puff pastry in a oven proof dish lined with baking paper and mix egg with whatever you are putting in in a jug and spread it over the puff pastry leaving a bit of space at the edge so that the pastry can puff up!
