Salmon with rice
Today I made teriyaki salmon with rice. I used some leftover sauce from the salmon in the rice to give it some flavour, and I also added carrot, peas and sweetcorn.
The sauce that I use for making this rice is made with teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, brown rice vinegar, sesame oil, Chinese five spice powder and sometimes peanut butter. I don’t use specific amounts, I just taste it every so often to see what I need more of.
